Some backyards just need a full reset. This one had uneven ground, patchy grass in rough shape, and no reliable irrigation to keep anything alive. Not a great setup - especially for a couple of dogs that need room to run.
Here's what we tackled: we regraded the entire backyard to smooth out the grade and get a consistent, level surface. That step matters more than people realize. If the ground underneath isn't right, the sod won't lay properly and water won't drain the way it should. We also handled the sprinkler work so the new turf would have what it needs to actually take root and stay healthy.
Once the ground was prepped and the irrigation was sorted, we laid fresh sod across the whole space. The difference is night and day. What was patchy and worn out is now a full, green backyard ready for real use.
This is also a weekly client of ours, which means we're not just showing up once and disappearing. We stay on top of the lawn so the sod gets the ongoing care it needs right from the start. That kind of consistency is what sets a successful install apart from one that struggles to take hold.
If your backyard is in a similar spot - uneven, worn out, or just not working - a full sod install paired with proper grading and irrigation is the right way to fix it for good. No patches, no guesswork.
